How does the IPLC save?
Intelligent Weather Monitoring
The IPLC control constantly monitors weather conditions such as: temperature and wind chill and will only deliver power based on a factory set program schedule. This eliminates any excess power usage while ensuring vehicles start with ease in varying conditions.
Initial Power Delay
The IPLC control reduces power demand with the use of a power delay upon applying a load. The initial power delay will guarantee savings regardless of the outside temperature.
Maintenance
A properly maintained and functioning block heater reduces energy needed for reliable engine starts. The IPLC control monitors load function and for short circuits alerting users of equipment issues, stopping tripped breakers reducing electrical service calls.
